Helped to source a like diamond when the shipping time was longer than I preferred. Presentation was great although it would be nice to have less of an extravagent presentation for cheaper cost if you are an investor an dont really care about a high cost box presentation. Diamond came with actual paper certs and not just a link to an online copy which was great. Would also be even better if they could figure out a way to reduce all diamond shipping costs.

Everything about Rare Carat has been absolutely amazing! I got a fully customized engagement ring for my fiancée, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. I first sourced the diamond through Rare Carat, and I really appreciated how transparent and customer-focused they were. Throughout the process, Noni was my point of contact, and she was exceptional. She was always prompt with her email responses, patiently answered all my questions, and made sure every detail was taken care of. Once the diamond was finalized, I discussed my custom ring design with Noni. She carefully documented all of my requirements and coordinated everything with their jewelry team. One thing that really impressed me was that they shipped the diamond to my home for inspection before it was set, which gave me complete confidence in my purchase. The custom design process was equally impressive. I went over every little detail of the ring, and the team captured my vision remarkably well. They sent me a 3D render, and I was pleasantly surprised that about 95% of the design matched exactly what I had envisioned. After just one round of minor revisions, the design was finalized. Within about 4 to 5 weeks, the ring was completed and even shipped earlier than promised. The entire experience, from sourcing the diamond to designing and delivering the finished ring, was seamless and stress-free. Most importantly, my fiancée absolutely loves the ring, and seeing how happy she is made the entire journey worthwhile.
