The ring came out amazing. To add, this company was nothing but amazing to work with. While all the issues arose from me making simple mistakes from missing the engraving to not reading the delivery date, they worked with me on everything. They were prompt to reply to every email, they made sure everything was done right and where able to get the ring out early so I could have it in time for my trip, they even offered to ship it somewhere else to make sure I would have it if I needed it. On top of the shipping, since I wouldn’t be home to sign for the delivery, they assisted in finding me a place I could ship it to and pick it up from there at my convenience. I would recommend RareCarat to anyone interested in jewelry at all. The price was amazing, customer service was out of this world. I’m very happy.

I highly recommend this company! My fiancé and I shopped at a jewelry store first and found an engagement ring style that we both loved. Then we found the same ring (with a much bigger center diamond and better quality diamond) for the same price. The customer service was perfect. We were able to chat online with a gemologist to help us find a matching wedding band that looked beautiful with my engagement ring that was within our budget. Once the rings shipped, they arrived by the next day! After our experience with my engagement ring and wedding band, I went back to the site and ordered my fiancés wedding band from Rare Carat as well. Highly recommend!!
