I have been blessed with the opportunity to run several very large businesses and have a great appreciation of how difficult it is to provide a customer experience that far exceeds expectations but these folks nailed it. I purchased a new ring for my wife for our 50th anniversary and was incredibly impressed with the knowledgeable, personable and professional service that we received every step of the way. We were looking for an eternity band with lab-grown diamonds and had gone to local brick and mortar to get some ideas, but the prices were ridiculous. I even asked questions through their GIA hemolytic chat and got all my questions clearly answered.<br><br>Using a credit card "just in case" and bit the bullet. We got instant confirmation by email and a few days later, I got an email to confirm my address. There was a delivery target date range of a few days (Aug 13-17) and on Aug 12, I got a FedEx tracking number and on the 13th, my ring was in my hands!<br><br>The ring is beautiful and the bonus earrings were a nice touch. We are really happy with the quality and it compliments my wedding set perfectly! We will definitely consider Rate Carat for future purchases.

The site was easy to navigate selecting the diamond and the band was a simple process. After making the payment. The diamond was shipped off fir inspection , not long after that , it was sent off to the workshop and then shipped to me. Purchasing a engagement ring through rare carat was a quick, easy process.
