I even worked directly with the CEO, Ajay, who answered all my questions and was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He sent me a ring‑sizing kit prior to delivery to make sure I ordered the perfect fit, and the finished ring was beautiful and high‑quality.

When my original order wasn't going to be here in time for my wife's birthday a real live person on the other end of the chat helped me find a better option that could ship sooner. The earrings that arrived so exceeded my expectations and are beautiful. Too often you get a great product or great service and this was one of those rare times that a company offers both at the highest level.
