I highly recommend this company! My fiancé and I shopped at a jewelry store first and found an engagement ring style that we both loved. Then we found the same ring (with a much bigger center diamond and better quality diamond) for the same price. The customer service was perfect. We were able to chat online with a gemologist to help us find a matching wedding band that looked beautiful with my engagement ring that was within our budget. Once the rings shipped, they arrived by the next day! After our experience with my engagement ring and wedding band, I went back to the site and ordered my fiancés wedding band from Rare Carat as well. Highly recommend!!

I had a very poor experience with another online retailer and found RC online. I liked the extended warranty they offer, read through the reviews, and decided to pull the trigger on an upgrade to my original wedding ring set. We ordered the Capri 3-stone setting and band. The first center stone diamond I selected was no longer available upon ordering, so they worked with me to find a replacement. I knew exactly how it was progressing through the process, from the date of ordering. They confirm the shipping address before it goes out which will alleviate any issues with delivery due to typos/autofill. I have done that before with other orders; it happens. I was notified it shipped and literally received it the following morning. I love it. The only thing I wasn't sure about is the curved band...it looks a little too thin for my chonky short fingers. That's a me problem and after some consideration I did end up ordering a second band to "bookend" the 3-stone ring which will make it look a little wider. (I originally wanted a 3-ring set when we first got married years ago, so it works.) Overall I am very happy with the service, price point, and warranty on my set. Should have come to RC first and it would have saved me a month-long headache with the other place.

The website was very easy to use and the customization of the ring was great. I ultimately chose Rare Carat because I was able to customize the ring and diamond so easily . The price also helped but it was surprising how many other sites couldn’t do what rare carat did. I loved my experience and the now fiancé, loves the ring.
