I was slightly skeptical at first. Never purchased a diamond that way but the process was smooth, straight forward and the company personnel were extremely helpful. I used the chat feature several times prior to purchase and each time the wait to speak with someone was less than 2 or 3 minutes. The staff was polite and answered all my questions without any pressure to buy. The diamond was beautiful and was as displayed on their website.
