Cut is the most important factor. When an experienced gemologist picks up a diamond grading report, their eyes go to very specific values. They are looking to see if these fall within the desired ranges. Even better in person. I feel like the photos did not due the ring justice. The finish is amazing and the diamond we ended up with is like a disco ball. Quite literally when my fiance drives the sun refracts and see glittering on the car ceiling. The measurements were useful to make sure I got the ring that was right.
