I want to take this opportunity to write a review about Rare Carat, and in particular, its Chief Operating Officer.<br><br>I previously purchased an engagement ring through Rare Carat and financed the purchase through one of their lending partners. I experienced an issue involving the financing company, and while I won’t go into the details, I do want to highlight how Rare Carat responded.<br><br>To my surprise, the Chief Operating Officer personally called me to discuss my concerns. He took the time to listen, answered my questions, and offered to do everything he could to help resolve the situation. He was professional, compassionate, and genuinely committed to making things right.<br><br>The following day, I was completely surprised when a beautiful bouquet of flowers arrived at my door with a handwritten note from the Chief Operating Officer. That level of personal attention and customer care is extraordinarily rare today.<br><br>While any company can sell a product, the true measure of an organization is how it treats its customers when challenges arise. Rare Carat demonstrated that customer satisfaction is more than just a slogan—it is part of their culture.<br><br>Rare Carat is a true class act. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends, and I would gladly purchase from them again. I sincerely hope the company recognizes what an outstanding Chief Operating Officer they have, because his leadership and commitment to customer service left a lasting impression on me.

Everything about the experience start to finish was wonderful. My fiancé could not be any happier with the ring! The communication from your team was too notch. The owners and managers of this company should be very proud of what they have built. One of the best purchasing experience of my life!

Customer service was great. The website was really confusing but customer service made it so I bought earrings versus going to another site.

Working on a custom design took a long time with extensive modifications being requested. Final product was worth the wait and hassles though

Ordering, shipping and delivery were all seamless. My fiancé loves the ring. Wish they would have sent copies of the care plan with the rings, seems a bit difficult to locate that.
