Charm Lab Engagement Ring

Quick and easy, got exactly what I wanted quickly and efficiently. The ring turned out perfect.

The experience of buying a 20th anniversary ring was very smooth start to finish. The ring is gorgeous and the packaging was perfect.

Cannot say enough about Mia and her patience with me. I ordered a custom ring though her, had to switch the design after production began and she was still able to meet the deadline. The ring came out perfect and even better than i expected it to. Mia was very responsive and transparent with what she can offer and do for me. I will definitely be shopping here again!

Rare Carat is a rare gem indeed and I would like to leave a few reasons why that I am saying so. 1. Customer service was stellar from my very interest in Rare Carat's rings to the final decision and purchase. The Rare Carat team gave me confidence and assurance that I could trust them with making this anniversary gift spectacular. 2. The owner reached out to me to lend his support and willingness to address any questions or concerns. This went a long way in helping me to feel comfortable in purchasing a ring from Rare Carat. 3. Diane Connaughton, my senior diamond consultant was there every step of the way to help me not only in selecting the best ring for my wife but also the best diamond for her. Diane has helped me make this anniversary gift such a wonderful memory for my wife. 4. Finally, the ring. The ring quality was everything that I hoped for at a value far more affordable than the big box jewelry stores offer. Their delivery time was perfect.
