The UPS Store in North Conway, NH lost our ring. They signed for it and then said when we got there they didn't have it. After an hour of calling the delivery guy, and pleading with the UPS Store in North Conway, NH to call the guy who signed for it, they relented...called and he told them where he'd stashed it...rather than logging it in to their system.
