The ring came out amazing.<br><br>To add, this company was nothing but amazing to work with. While all the issues arose from me making simple mistakes from missing the engraving to not reading the delivery date, they worked with me on everything. They were prompt to reply to every email, they made sure everything was done right and where able to get the ring out early so I could have it in time for my trip, they even offered to ship it somewhere else to make sure I would have it if I needed it.<br><br>On top of the shipping, since I wouldn’t be home to sign for the delivery, they assisted in finding me a place I could ship it to and pick it up from there at my convenience.<br><br>I would recommend RareCarat to anyone interested in jewelry at all. The price was amazing, customer service was out of this world. I’m very happy.

Amending my review after a complete turn around. The delivery window was a little bumpy but I learned quickly a bad review does not fly with Rare Carat. I was contacted quickly and Mo, the Manager, took responsibility, made amends, got it out quickly, and watched the delivery to my door. I am speechless at the customer service of an online but also KIND diamond company. I would absolutely purchase again and will share with friends and family my positive experience.
