The ring came out amazing. To add, this company was nothing but amazing to work with. While all the issues arose from me making simple mistakes from missing the engraving to not reading the delivery date, they worked with me on everything. They were prompt to reply to every email, they made sure everything was done right and where able to get the ring out early so I could have it in time for my trip, they even offered to ship it somewhere else to make sure I would have it if I needed it. On top of the shipping, since I wouldn’t be home to sign for the delivery, they assisted in finding me a place I could ship it to and pick it up from there at my convenience. This was a great experience. The most difficult part is trying to figure out what setting use. Not that the site is difficult but there are many great choices. The option of multiple cuts and clarity ratings was awesome. Shipping was quick and my wife cried when she received her ring. This was a replacement ring for our 20 years together.
