The ring I designed happened to be far more beautiful in person. Every email, every question was answered right away. I had planned a trip for my girlfriend and I, where I knew I’d wanted to give her the ring and propose. Problem was, the ring wasn’t scheduled to be delivered until after we would’ve needed to leave. I explained the situation and I really wish I could remember the lady’s name I spoke with. She told me she’d speak with the shop manager and see what she could do. The ring wasn’t scheduled delivered into my hands the very next day! My fiancé absolutely LOVES her ring. Honestly, this is the best value for your money. The ring was made quick, but was good quality. Ive previously spent 6k on a ring. This time i spent 1k and it was just as nice! Highly recommended

The experience with the team was amazing. They were able to get the exact diamond and setting I requested expedited and sent out overnight so that I could propose before Christmas. It showed up exactly the date they said it would, packaged beautifully. My fiancé was over the moon with the band and can’t stop staring at the sparkle of the diamond.

I had planned to propose to my girlfriend of 9 years on xmas eve, and ordered the ring on the 17th. I emailed the rare carat team asking expressing my need to have the ring by the 23rd (during the customing and order process it said shipping by the 23, but after ordering provided a range of the 23-27th.) and they said they would do what they could. AND THEY DID. It arrived on the 23rd exactly on time, and the proposal went perfectly. I and my fiancé could not be more happy with the ring and the experience with Rare Carat. they even included a pair of matching earrings, ring sizes for adjustment, a box to present it, and care instructions.
