Free Ring Resizing

Rare Carat lets you resize your ring once at no charge within the first year of purchase.
The best way to get the right size from the start is to measure the finger it’ll be worn on, though that’s not always possible if the ring is a surprise. Rare Carat’s ring sizer can help estimate the correct size ahead of time.
Here’s what the resize policy looks like:
  • Cost: Free
  • Window: One resize, within the first year of purchase
  • Exclusions: Eternity bands and bracelets can’t be resized after 30 days
  • How to start: Reach out to a gemologist via chat, or email help@rarecarat.com
  • What to have ready: Your order number and the correct size, so things move faster
  • Returns: Once something’s sent in for resizing, it can’t be returned
