The ring I designed happened to be far more beautiful in person. Every email, every question was answered right away. I had planned a trip for my girlfriend and I, where I knew I’d wanted to give her the ring and propose. Problem was, the ring wasn’t scheduled to be delivered until after we would’ve needed to leave. I explained the situation and I really wish I could remember the lady’s name I spoke with. She told me she’d speak with the shop manager and see what she could do.
