The whole process of this was amazing. Stress free. Took so much pressure off this choice. I feel the need to update this and let people know about their lifetime warranty. We had to send the ring back to be resized. They told us to send it in the original packaging which we obliged and trusted. We were returned a random blue box and not the one I popped the question with. They have taken all sentimental aspects out of our day. No one paid any attention to the details and therefore clearly do not value sentimentality in people’s special day/moment. Buying was easy and quality is great but it’s the little things you need to trust about the engagement and therefore after….

Everything from the selection of bands to the variety of available stone cuts, color and clarity grades, and sizes is amazing. The customer service is also fantastic. The website is extremely user friendly and easy to navigate. All around unbeatable experience.
