I want to take this opportunity to write a review about Rare Carat, and in particular, its Chief Operating Officer.<br><br>I previously purchased an engagement ring through Rare Carat and financed the purchase through one of their lending partners. I experienced an issue involving the financing company, and while I won’t go into the details, I do want to highlight how Rare Carat responded.<br><br>To my surprise, the Chief Operating Officer personally called me to discuss my concerns. He took the time to listen, answered my questions, and offered to do everything he could to help resolve the situation. He was professional, compassionate, and genuinely committed to making things right.<br><br>The following day, I was completely surprised when a beautiful bouquet of flowers arrived at my door with a handwritten note from the Chief Operating Officer. That level of personal attention and customer care is extraordinarily rare today.<br><br>While any company can sell a product, the true measure of an organization is how it treats its customers when challenges arise. Rare Carat demonstrated that customer satisfaction is more than just a slogan—it is part of their culture.<br><br>Rare Carat is a true class act. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends, and I would gladly purchase from them again. I sincerely hope the company recognizes what an outstanding Chief Operating Officer they have, because his leadership and commitment to customer service left a lasting impression on me.

Amazing experience, amazing support, and most importantly an amazing ring. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because it difficult trusting you’re getting what you want I wish they would have included a physical GIA or IGI certificate. Changing to 5 stars!

I proposed to my girlfriend and it was a surprise for her. She loved the proposal and the ring a lot. The twist in the ring is beautiful.

It’s so straight forward on how to pick your ring and the way it looks in person is 3x better !

The customer service was amazing. I needed help narrowing down a style, band, stone etc. The ring is even more beautiful in person. My fiancé loves it!

Working on a custom design took a long time with extensive modifications being requested. Final product was worth the wait and hassles though

They were so great. Ring came as described and is beautiful. I have to re size it but that’s my fault but they offer a free resizing and they even pay the shipping. Great company.
