My now fiancé came across Rare Carat as she was searching for rings to give me ideas. After she identified some combos and styles she liked she gave me reigns to make some decisions. I found a combo that was in my budget and just what she hope for. Having looked at other sites it was obvious that the quality and value were with Rare Carat. I took a little time to decide and got a message from the CEO, Ajay Anand. We actually exchanged some emails which was surprising but great to know that someone is in the trenches. Ordered the ring and 15 days later it was in my hands. My fiancé is over the moon. I elected to put an inscription on the ring. My only feedback would be to allow more than 20 characters as it was really hard to get the message right. But she loves it. I wish that there was a picture of the inscription included as it is hard to see. Fortunately I captured it for her on my phones macro mode. I do wish I received a wooden box to present it to her in like some of the other people have shown. I actually was looking for one of those twist open boxes but it was going to take too long to arrive. In the moment I improvised and went without a box. Thanks Ajay! The ring is amazing and my fiance absolutely loves it!! Planning on getting a matching wedding band from them as well because we're just so happy with it. Their team is also really punctual and has no problem working with you! I made a mistake, and made a typo in the engraving, and when I reached out to them they handled it so quickly!! I have never experienced that level of customer service 100/10 experience!
