The overall process was easy. Had definition on what things meant to help with the understanding of the product. So many different selections and price ranges that it was cool to mess around till I found something within my budget that was nice.

The ring is amazing and my fiance absolutely loves it!! Planning on getting a matching wedding band from them as well because we're just so happy with it. Their team is also really punctual and has no problem working with you! I made a mistake, and made a typo in the engraving, and when I reached out to them they handled it so quickly!! I have never experienced that level of customer service 100/10 experience!
