I didn't have a good experience so I gave 3 stars. I found the website confusing because I know nothing about jewelry. I finally ordered a ring and stone I know my fiancé would be happy with, and it showed the delivery would be by Jan 9. I bought it over the weekend, and apparently this company doesn't understand weekends happen every week, so on Monday when I got a confirmation, the new "ship" date was Jan 12-14 (which is after the date I need it). This created a problem for me and I had to call and cancel the order. The person on the phone (when you finally get to one) was friendly but apathetic, and chose to argue with me about what the website said (ship or delivery date) instead of helping me with my problem. Ultimately, it doesn't even matter whether the website said "ship by" or "deliver by" because they changed it on me anyway, stating the reason was because I ordered it on the weekend. I am sure I will get my money back and I trust the site, but my first experience was less than exemplary, and I doubt I will visit again because of the phone experience.
Update 12/29/25: Minutes after posting this review, a gentleman named "Moe" (forgive if I spelled it wrong) called me to discuss the situation. He is working on getting me the ring I ordered (which I really liked) delivered in time. I felt very good after speaking to him. He cared and clearly wants my experience to be great (I don't think he called because of the Google review, I believe he called because of the cancelled order). I increased my rating to 4 stars, and if I can get my ring on time I will be ecstatic. I took a lot of time picking the stone and setting and really like the ring. I will update this review again if this works out, and I feel it will!
