I had an exceptional experience with Rare Carat from start to finish. Shout out to Max B! He was so very helpful. Not only did the beautiful earrings arrive ahead of schedule, but the presentation was so gorgeous—every detail felt thoughtful and intentional, which made the entire experience feel truly special. What stood out the most, though, was the customer service. From my own mistake along the way to the final delivery, everything was handled with patience, professionalism, and genuine care. Communication was clear and consistent, and the entire process felt seamless. It’s rare these days to come across such a smooth and genuinely pleasant experience, and it definitely did not go unnoticed. There are a lot of other companies out there offering lab diamond jewelry, I'm happy to have found Rare Carat. My fiance absolutely loves the ring. The stone is absolutely perfect and the ring is exactly as advertised. No ridiculous surprises. I spent alot of time shopping different sites and in person. This was the cleanest and easiest to use and provided the best options for customization. I don't plan on needing another engagement ring but I definitely plan on coming back for earrings, bracelets and any other diamond needs.

The ring came out perfectly and the price was amazing. I highly recommend Rare Carat. Their customer service was fantastic. We had to split cost between a wire and cards. They were so accommodating. The CEO chimed in and provided amazing inputs. The team was a pleasure and I look forward to getting the band through them along with our engagement ring.
