Amazing customer service. My fiancée loves her ring. Would highly recommend!

After my wife passed, I never thought I would love again. Then I met a wonderful woman and decided to get engaged. I did not want to get just another cookie cutter ring. I found Rare Carat and was able to buy the specific diamond I wanted and have set in the setting I picked. The Rare Carat gemologist and staff stayed in contact with me throughout the process and addressed all my concerns. When I got the ring a few days before I was to propose, Rare Carat reached out to me and admitted to have installed my natural diamond on the setting with lab grown diamonds. I would have never known had they not told me. I told them I was proposing in a few days and they arrange for me to go through the proposal and send me a next day Fed Ex label. I proposed and explained to my now fiance what happened and sent the ring back. A few days later I got it back corrected. I have always received prompt response from Rare Carat and I am currently getting ready to order my very own diamond wedding band from them for my wedding this June. I have looked at many of the other sites and they are very nice. I have found Rare Carat to have a great diversity of styles, options, and inventory. They also are open to create custom rings if you have the time to do so. Highly recommend them.

My fiance absolutely loves the ring. The stone is absolutely perfect and the ring is exactly as advertised. No ridiculous surprises. I spent alot of time shopping different sites and in person. This was the cleanest and easiest to use and provided the best options for customization. I don't plan on needing another engagement ring but I definitely plan on coming back for earrings, bracelets and any other diamond needs.
