The experience couldn’t have been much easier! There were so many diamonds and setting to choose from so I was able to put together the exact ring I had imagined. The shipping/delivery process was faster than anywhere else that provides a similar service. They were able to ship it to a secure FedEx location to be held for pickup too, to ensure it safely reached me, and also so no surprises were ruined by my girlfriend receiving the package while I was at work. Once I saw the ring in person, I was even more satisfied with the experience, as there were no inaccuracies in the diamond description, and the ring was everything I had hoped. I also feel that the price was a fantastic deal, as the price I paid here was significantly lower than what I was quoted or would have paid at any of the other sources I looked at prior, for a diamond of the same or worse specs. If I could go back and go a different route, I wouldn’t.
The fact the CEO reaches out to me to help with getting the perfect stones for my replacement earrings was extreme surprising and greatly appreciated! My new earrings are absolutely stunning, the team was so helpful, the shipping was fast and the presentation opening the box was nothing short of impressive. Thanks to you all!
