I am obsessed. I got the bellora solitaire 2mm yellow gold setting with a 1.71ct lab diamond. It is beyond what I expected. Beautiful craftsmanship, the prongs are gorgeous, the diamond is set securely and perfectly. Customer service is amazing. This was one of the first rings I saw among 1000 options from multiple websites. But I always knew this was the one! My fiancé and everyone else LOVED this ring! The Navigation and User experience is very good! I work on the Software dev industry and do UX design myself and I can attests that this company has smart developers. They also are very good communicators and the customer service is top of the line. In terms of Delivery, my only complain i with FEDEX. The Delivery guy did not knocked on my Door or rang the bell, I have him on Camera. I was in my house waiting for him and had to wait another 4 days. Rare Carat offered changing the delivery method, but I decided to put a note on my door letting the guy know I was there
