Overall product is amazing. Amazing work and setting. Only difference between a 4 star and 5 star is the update process. Pictures and progress would have lessen my stress over questions like "am i really going to receive this product, is this a scam and so forth. At first, I was a little leery because I was buying over the Internet. I’m used to buying jewelry the old traditional way at a store…. But the product I received was outstanding ..did a little research on the grading of the diamonds prior to purchase.. though they do provide help with that as well..I apply that information to the purchase and I am completely 100% satisfied. The diamond quality is outstanding , the ring craftsmanship is first rate.. The service is spot on … We are now married, and my wife is completely happy with her ring.
