The kindest person, she spent hours over the phone reviewing diamonds with me, getting extra pictures and videos from the sellers. She always contacted me back and kept in touch. She was not just a sales person but she was an educator as she taught me so much about diamonds. Overall product is amazing. Amazing work and setting. Only difference between a 4 star and 5 star is the update process. Pictures and progress would have lessen my stress over questions like "am i really going to receive this product, is this a scam and so forth. But, I received my ring on time as advertised and couldn't be happier...

At first, I was a little leery because I was buying over the Internet. I’m used to buying jewelry the old traditional way at a store…. But the product I received was outstanding ..did a little research on the grading of the diamonds prior to purchase.. though they do provide help with that as well..I apply that information to the purchase and I am completely 100% satisfied. The diamond quality is outstanding , the ring craftsmanship is first rate.. The service is spot on … We are now married, and my wife is completely happy with her ring.

Quite literally the most beautiful ring you have ever seen. Pictures do not do it justice and the diamond could probably be seen glistening for 17 nautical miles. I was skeptical about this whole building a ring online thing but it literally could not have turned out better anywhere else. Yall are awesome.
