Great quality, can’t tell the difference between lab and naturally grown, was delivered timely and in a nice box. The additional earrings were a nice touch.

(Note: I’m located in Southern California) I began ring shopping to propose to my girlfriend in November of 2022. We had already checked out some local stores so we can see the style she liked and I used that to build the ring I got from Rare Carat. The buying process was relatively easy, I opted to send a bank transfer to pay for the ring. I was able to get the size and shape she liked at a great price, as compared to the other online ring retailers. Also I was able to have the ring size be her size right out of the box, other retailers only have up to a certain size and I would’ve had to get it resized. Thankfully I didn’t have to do that! It took about 2-3 weeks to get it, which was nerve racking for me because I was so excited! But it came on time and I was able to propose. She loves it! She’s always looking at it and talking about how perfect it is. Definitely would recommend Rare Carat!

The Chat was very intuitive, providing good feedback just like the reps. did. They searched to find a matching set of 1k diamonds and gave plenty of advice on what I was thinking I wanted. Everything moved quickly with plenty of confirmations along the way. Arrived on the exact expected day with a surprise gift as well. I am impressed with Rare Carat, but most importantly, my wife of 50 years was even more impressed with her surprise diamond earrings. I will definitely use Rare Carat again, if not for my granddaughters, perhaps our next 50th wedding anniversary???

The experience couldn’t have been much easier! There were so many diamonds and setting to choose from so I was able to put together the exact ring I had imagined. The shipping/delivery process was faster than anywhere else that provides a similar service. They were able to ship it to a secure FedEx location to be held for pickup too, to ensure it safely reached me, and also so no surprises were ruined by my girlfriend receiving the package while I was at work. Once I saw the ring in person, I was even more satisfied with the experience, as there were no inaccuracies in the diamond description, and the ring was everything I had hoped. I also feel that the price was a fantastic deal, as the price I paid here was significantly lower than what I was quoted or would have paid at any of the other sources I looked at prior, for a diamond of the same or worse specs. If I could go back and go a different route, I wouldn’t.

The founder, Ajay, was so wonderful helping us find the right diamond along with offering special discounts. He was very prompt to answer emails and help with the process of purchasing and shipping. I am so glad we chose Rare Carat over a local jewelry store.
