2.57 Carat round lab Diamond

I had what I feel like was an unusual experience with my ring orders. I had a lot of things go wrong with the craftsmanship, I had a strange experience with one of their reps along the way, and just about everything to slow down my custom orders happened. With that said, considering the proverbial bumps and bruises along the way, I'm still at a 5 star review. Why? Their stellar response to the situation AND namely one of their rockstar employee's (Anderson) made this experience far more stress free than it could have been. I would ABSOLUTELY order from this company again, even if it took forever to receive because I know they won't allow you to settle for less. For someone who values quality and customer service in a very high regard, is paramount to me returning as a customer --- even if it takes months longer to complete than normal. I do feel my experience is an anomaly, but it's in those experiences you find out what a company stands for and I would 100% trust Rare Carat. On a side note, I've had my finished rings for a little over a month now, and these diamonds have some FIRE to it. I just can't stop looking at it -- STILL. It laser beams sparkle at every angle and I've had MULTIPLE comments on it, which is funny considering I'd never had comments on my previous ring set after 20 years. It's the epitome of KA-CHOW! Check the dictionary and my ring would be pictured right next to that word. Simply put, I'm pleased with the result. They didn't request me to write this at all, but felt I should share my imperfect experience that had a terrific result. At the end of the day, its just frosting. I bought a ring a while ago and I’m pretty happy with it overall. The diamond looks nice and has a bit of sparkle in the light. The craftsmanship seems solid and it matches the description fairly well. Shipping went smoothly and everything arrived without any issues. Overall it’s decent—not anything over the top, but definitely not disappointing either.

I Am WAY MORE than satisfies with my ring!!!!! My fiancé proposed with a small band so that I could choose the ring I wanted. It was a very easy process, Great selection and I was able to build the ring exactly how I wanted it. Delivery was faster than expected and the ring is Beautiful!! It came in a nice ring box with all of the necessary paperwork of appraisal needed for insurance purposes. (This is a 1.08ct Round Cut E VVS2 Diamond set in a 14ct Yellow Gold Ramona 8 pronged Solitaire).

The overall experience from start to finish was great in every respect. There were multiple choices (almost too many) of pendant design and diamond. The website was easy to use and informative. I especially appreciated the full explanation of the various aspects important in choosing just the right diamond. Rare Carat moved expeditiously to create the finished piece and delivered it very quickly. The diamond and pendant combination selected is beautifully made, clearly of high quality, and at the right price. The pendant displays very nicely in the box provided. I'm looking forward to giving it to my wife on our 50th wedding anniversary.
