I gave Rare Carat a custom design order and they knocked it out of the park! Absolutely beautiful platinum engagement ring with a center natural yellow diamond. Very high quality. I would definitely order from them again. If I did, I would have a little bit more of a collaboration with the design team. There was one thing I wish I would've done differently but I didn't know to ask about it. If I could offer one piece of feedback for RC it's to make proactive suggestions if they feel something could be improved. For my ring specifically, because it was surrounded in platinum it didn't bring out the yellowness of the diamond like I imagined when I ordered the loose stone. It looked whiter. So I have taken it to a local jeweler to add a 24k gold "basket" beneath the center stone to accentuate the yellow. It is only costing a few hundred more dollars but it's something I feel could've been suggested by the design team. Anyway, it's the most beautiful ring I've ever seen and I have no complaints about it whatsoever. My wife will absolutely love it when I give it to her next month.

This review is way past due as I purchased an engagement ring back in December 2024 and am now currently married! The process of getting the ring was incredibly easy and stress free, and this was about a couple months of researching rings for hours on end. I was in communication with a few from the Rare Carat team (Shane, Gloria, Christina, & Michael) about changes/modifications/etc. and they were all very kind, transparent, and stress-free to work with! The ring came out exactly how I wanted and even then, it exceeded my expectations and of course, my wife loved it and still loves staring at it from time to time. Highly reccomend Rare Carat for any engagement rings!

The customer service and craftsmanship are both excellent. They are super easy to work with! My only wish is that they make their rings just a tad bit thicker or give you the option to select thickness.

Easy all the way through. Was totally hesitant but super happy I did it. Gorgeous ring. 2.2 E color VVS1 super ideal cushion Asscher cut with hidden halo. Sparkles like crazy on a 5.5 size finger, 1.8 mm band. Perfectly pretty, not obnoxious just what I was looking for. This is my fourth engagement ring in 22 years between chipping diamonds, losing the solitaire and throwing it out 🤦🏼‍♀️ And it's by far the prettiest. Now should I take some sort of hint with this marriage I don't know. But he's lasted this long through all of it! Cheers to love!

I was scared to buy a ring online because I wasn’t sure it would be a real diamond but after seeing the reviews for rare carat, I decided to go for it and I am so happy that I did! I found a diamond and a setting that I loved and I chatted with the rare carat team a lot about the ring and they were always so helpful and willing to answer my questions. At one point the diamond I wanted was no longer available and I had already paid for it and the rare carat team instantly helped me find a new diamond and get everything settled in less than an hour. They were also true to their word when talking about pricing and everything else that comes with buying the ring online. So although I was nervous at first about buying a ring online, I would highly recommend. Also the ring I got was gorgeous! I am so happy with the results and the diamond is so pretty!
