The process of selecting a ring was smooth and very simple. Didn’t need any support staff because the website is so effective. The ring arrived within a week and they kept me informed of each step of the process. They sent a photo of the diamond they selected based upon my requirements and specifications. I received exactly what I wanted and absolutely love my new ring!
